We are a hostel who are the bed & breakfast provider and also the tour professional organizer in the loop of Ha Giang. Looking for volunteers to help us in the reception & front-desk work: welcoming, check-in & check-out, advise the usefull tourist information and so on... for every travelers coming to our place. We need all volunteers who can speak fluently English, enthusiastic, funny and love traveling...

I stayed at the hostel Premium Lodge, when they learned about my advertising background they asked me to edit their videos for them, I accepted and made videos. It is a peaceful place with nature and village views, my colleagues were friendly.

I had a nice experience volunteering at the hostel premium lodge. The location was beautiful with mountain view. The work is very chill, I did reception and then switched to social media. They don't really give you a lot of instructions so you're very free with what you do. I was the only volunteer which was a bit lonely at times but the staff were all very welcoming and kind. I also got a discount for their ha the hostel loop tour and it was an unforgettable experience!

It was a good experience with a great team. The employees are still very young thats why it gives a youth vibe. The work self is very laidback you do need to be okay with that. I started add the breakfast buffet and reception add a different beautiful location called The Blue Stone/the hostel Premium Lodges. There was very little work to do there. Later i changed position to the social media team where i could help making ideas and filming of short videos for tiktok and Instagram. After all i had fun with my stay add the hostel

I had a great time with everyone and always felt very welcome. It was great to learn more about the local culture, cuisine and customs. I also did the Ha the hostel Loop with the hostel and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had ♥️

Had the best time volunteering at the hostel. The work is straightforward, I mainly helped with taking food orders and helping the guests with anything they may need. There is a mix of busy moments and slower days (I wasn't here in high season). The team are amazing, it truely felt like a big family and I was so well looked after. It was very hard to say goodbye. I would have loved to stay longer and hope to return one day !
