The Experience

we are a complex of a hotel and restaurant in one of the most famous beaches in South Albania , Livadhi beach . we would like some help on cleaning section , laundries and ironing . Taking care of the common areas , garbages etc.

I spent a good time with the fellow workers there:) Amalia is very nice, she offer me help when I needed. The work is pretty fair, most of the time I finished in the day and have the rest of the time free. The hotel is a bit far away from the city but if you're looking for beaches and swimming this is the best place for you as it's located right next to the beautiful beach! They provided meal for us, the breakfast is mostly the same tho but you can ask for something else if you want.

Although I left earlier than planned, I really enjoyed my time there. Teamwork made everything easier, I met great friends and the environment was always respectful. Working hours are respected and sometimes even shorter. The main task is cleaning rooms. Thank you very much, Amalia, for hosting me. Special greetings to my Team Shark hahaha 🦈💙

I am very grateful for my experience at the hotel. Amalia is a great host, always concerned about the well-being of the volunteers. Livadhi is a wonderful and peaceful place, perfect for those who want to slow down and relax. I was able to really enjoy the beach after the shifts. As for the work, some days are busier, but in general it's easygoing. The shift schedules are respected. The meals are varied and very good. I have a special affection for the whole family and for the entire team at the restaurant and the hotel. Thank you for everything, it was a very enriching experience for me!

The beginning of the experience was a bit turbulent due to lack of communication but things improved when I complained to the host though. Amália has many responsibilities between the hotel and the restaurant but she listens to you when you come to her. I got along pretty well with the workers and loved the Beach where the hotel is located at. I just think some things are simple to adjust for the well-being of employees. The room is next to the laundry room, and many nights I woke up with people doing laundry before 5am.

The place is beautiful and just a short walk from Livadhi beach, with free time to enjoy the nature around. The food served at the restaurant is very good and well-prepared. Some things could be improved, like the volunteer accommodation, which could be more comfortable, and clearer communication from the hosts. I was also the only volunteer during my stay, which made the work heavier and a bit lonely.
