My first volunteering experience and it has been amazing!!! KC , Ramai and Achyuta are incredibly friendly and helpful. All the people working in the temple are super nice. I have loved the food! If you like Indian cuisine you will enjoy it a lot! Sometimes is a little bit repetitive but it's very tasty! Accommodation is fine as rooms (caravans) and beds are comfy. The only thing that needs to be improved is the kitchen. Wednesdays and Thursday are the days off and you have enough time to explore London or any other cities . There is a near bus stop to go to Bushey station for just 2£.

Hi, The experience was unforgettable, I meet amazing people among people from the temple and volunteers from different countries. This was the first time I work on a farm I felt excited of is in contact with nature. Also was a good opportunity to connect with my spirituality at the temple. If you like Indian culture, food (spacy), customs and his acknowledgement of spirituality this place is by you. The only thing I consider it's necessary be improved it's the accommodation, the spaces are small and the cleaning and organizations in the kitchen and dinning hall.

It was an excellent volunteer😍😍, the people were very good, the place is beautiful and to connect with natur,❤️ Kc our leader is a great person, very friendly and fun. This is a volunteer to learn and work, it is also important to mention that the volunteer facilities are not the cleanest and there is a lack of leadership to maintain order in the common areas. I recommend it.😃😃

The farm was my first volunteer in the UK, and I couldn't have made a better choice.These past two months of volunteering have been truly unforgettable. It has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my entire life. Throughout this time I had the privilege of meeting remarkable persons who have left an indelible mark on my heart. I felt very happy and welcomed in this place, I was able to meet people that I will take for life, I was able to improve my English and have contact with people from all over the world, the work was not very difficult, the food I learned to like and it was always plentiful, I was very happy while I could be in this place, I highly recommend it.

My two weeks at the farm have been some of the most special of my life! I am grateful for all the amazing people, food and skills I have gained from this experience. Thank you to KC and Achyuta for being so kind and warm to me since I've arrived, I will never forget the memories I made here and I'm excited to come back in the coming years and see the growth and the fruits of my labour this spring:) Learning about Hare Krishna has been an eye-opening and special experience and the food was delicious! My almost two months (supposed to be just 1 at first) were absolutely incredible at New Gokul Farm. I met so many incredible people, the work was chill (it's physical, it's farming, but you can do at your own pace!) and had the opportunity to participate in some activities/festival at the temple. The food at the temple was really good - spicy sometimes, but I love it! KC, Achyuta, JK and all the managers are fantastic people and very understanding. I had a really good relation with them and learned so much. Grateful and hoping to visit it again in the future. I definitely recommend ❣️ Big hug!
