You work 24 hours per week, from helping our kitchen team or housekeeping, showing off some skills at our bar or doing some customer service. You live in the heart of Berlin. My volunteering experience was wonderful. The team is very well-organized with the schedules, and the tasks are straightforward, helping out in the kitchen, at the reception, and in the bar. The buffet meals were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Our private room was roomy and comfortable. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay!

My volunteering experience was excellent. They are very organized with schedules, and the tasks are simple: supporting the kitchen, reception, and bar. The buffet-style food is delicious. The staff is very kind and made us feel truly welcome. Our private room was spacious and comfortable. We loved everything!

This has been an incredible experience. The hostel is huge, you'll be sharing a private room/bathroom w just another volunteer, there's always breakfast and very often dinner, even if sometimes not. Every now and then lunch as well. As staff we have access to a small gym and a separate kitchen. Working hours are fair and the tasks are manageable, you can speak with the bosses to better understand what suits you. The staff is amazing, starting from Sara and Elton, the managers, open to discussion and serious but very friendly, to the reception, bar, kitchen. Hot drinks (ie. Coffee) always free
