I had a wonderful experience. At first, it was difficult because of my daily routine and having to leave it behind. I come from a big city, Barcelona, and suddenly I moved to a place surrounded by nature, but day by day, thanks to that, the company, and the hosts, who are lovely people, I was able to change my mind and find myself, which is exactly what I needed. I lived incredible moments there, full of adventures, learning, and growth in the world of cooking,I will cherish this experience for the rest of my life. thanks to Eric, Ben, and your three cats, see you soon❤️🥰

My time in the home was a great experience! The hosts Ben & Eric are very welcoming, offering some treats (special desserts, drinks) and nice talks. Also, the house is very comfortable. The tasks are most related to gardening and maintenance of a country house, sometimes more physical and others more technical. I had a chance to learn and develop some skills related to that. There are 3 lovely cats (living outside the house) and there were always other volunteers from other countries to make new friends.

I agree with the previous reviews. The place is beautiful and the hosts, Ben and Eric, are generous and fair people. Even though my stay was short I got to experience lots of things, make new friends and travel to various places. Regarding work, you'll probably get to do something you have never done before but there's no pressure to do it perfectly – just do your best and use your own judgment, and of course, ask for help if you need it😊 Thank you for having me!

I couldn't have for a better place to start my first volunteering experience. Everything was truly perfect, and I feel so lucky to have found it. Ben and Eric are incredibly kind, open, and generous people, always ready to share, teach, and learn from us too. From the very first day, I felt completely at home. The room was cozy, the view breathtaking, and every morning I woke up feeling thankful to be there. The work was relaxed, meaningful, and full of joy — a real exchange in every sense. Thank you Ben and Erin for everything, I will always carry you in my heart.

The house is so beautiful and the work hours respected. We had a really cosy room and loved waking up every morning to fresh air and very cute cats :)) We loved the freedom of having a car to share between the volunteers and were able to visit lots of places in the afternoons and on weekends. I truly recommend this experience to anyone pursuing meaningful travel -Ben and Eric were full of local knowledge and enthusiasm, recommending places to run and hike, and cities we could visit! Be aware it is very much a countryside house - no drinking tap water, slightly out the city - but so worth it!
