Olá Worldpackers! Procuramos voluntários educados, responsáveis, organizados e prestativos. Precisamos de alguém que cubra as folgas dos nossos recepcionistas em nossas pousadas em Arraial do Cabo. São bem próximas umas das outras. Seriam 4 dias de voluntariado durante a semana em turnos variados. Assim teria dias livres para conhecer e desfrutar de nossa cidade com tranquilidade.

Minha experiência foi uma das melhores! Eu tinha planejado ficar 20 dias e acabei ficando 3 meses. Cada pessoa que conheci nesse lugar guardo num cantinho muito especial do meu coração. Rafael, nosso anfitrião, uma pessoa super respeitosa, sempre ajudando e cuidando da gente. As mulheres que trabalham lá viraram amigas da vida. E minhas amigas, companheiras, outras voluntárias… não poderia ter tido um time melhor, irmãs que vou levar pra sempre comigo. A minha estadia na pousada Entre Mares foi ótima, toda a equipe muito querida e comprometida. Minhas tarefas eram auxiliar no café da manhã, com tarefas simples e horário ótimo! Amei conhecer as gurias da cozinha, todas bem simpáticas e prestativas. O Rafael tornou toda a experiência bem tranquila, sempre explicando super bem as tarefas e ajudando sempre que precisei! Conheci as outras voluntárias e amei dividir a experiência com elas. A pousada é ótima, com uma boa estrutura.

Minha experiência na Pousada Entre Mares foi super positiva! Trabalhei no café da manhã por quatro horas diárias, com um dia de folga, e achei o trabalho muito justo e bem organizado. O Rafael, gerente da pousada, tem uma comunicação excelente, sempre claro e acessível, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais tranquila. Além disso, o ambiente da pousada é muito acolhedor e oferece uma paz incrível, perfeita para quem busca um voluntariado em um lugar sossegado e bem estruturado.
