The Experience

Volunteer at Masseria Olga Coliving and be part of a vibrant community. Help with housekeeping and guest experience: organise weekly activities, support the community, and lead light sports or social moments. Contribution is 25 flexible hours per week. In return, enjoy free accommodation in a beautiful location, living and sharing experiences with fellow travellers and guests.

I was very lucky to have this as my first experience ever on Worldpackers, the hosts are incredibly sweet and respectful, they make sure that the community feels like a safe space and a family more than just a coliving. The tasks I performed were only cleaning related and I found them to be simple and not as complicated to accomplish :) The dynamics of chores are very well organized and they were very clear from the beginning. I would totally recommend this experience for anyone who is looking for beautiful landscapes, food and people. Thank you the coliving! 💗🙏🏼

Volunteering at the coliving has been a deeply enriching experience. From the very first day, I felt welcomed and supported, becoming part of a warm community that felt like a family the whole time. It gave me the opportunity to experience Italian culture up close, share moments with locals, make new friends and also helped me learn a bit of the italian language. About the tasks, there was always space to talk and find the best way to do things together. Thank you for receiving me and for showing me the most beautiful side of Puglia. I've had the best first worldpackets experience here. Sabri and Fra were excellent hosts, the volunteer quarters are amazing and the work is straightforward. The coliving provides an excellent space to meet people as well as experience local culture. Despite being on a remote land we made lots of time to go and see the surrounding towns. the coliving is an incredible space and it was always a joy to be there.

I spent two weeks at the coliving this last summer, and it was a truly unique experience! I'm leaving with beautiful memories, special moments, and lasting friendships. Although the place is isolated, the entire group makes you feel at home. There were minor misunderstandings about my volunteer tasks, but nothing major—better communication from the start would improve the experience. Francesco and Sabrina are honest, kind people who put their hearts into this project which is invaluable. For those interested, it's definitely worth it :)
