The Experience

Join our family to support the running of our boutique horse property. Project includes - daily horse care & farm maintenance (gardening, chainsawing wood, picking up manure and sticks in paddocks,...), repairs (cleaning gutters, fixing fences...) , - as well as some help caring for our children (7 years and 3 years) and household duties (folding laundry, tidying up, occasional vacuuming). Ideal for couples or a pair of friends.

Working at the farm was a great experience. I had a fun time connecting with nature and the horses. Anna and her family are lovely and I felt really welcomed into their home. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

The farm was a wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend! Anna and her family were welcoming and so friendly. We loved to work with the horses on her ranch and help improve her property. It was our first Worldpackers experience and Anna introduced us so nicely into it. We really enjoyed the flexibility given to us. We could decide when we wanted to work and if we wanted to engage in family activities. All of the animals were so sweet and we just loved working with them. We gained so many new insights and overall it was an amazing stay.

Staying with Anna, Greg, Alma, William and of course deedee was fantastic. If I could, I would give a higher rating - I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the Worldpackers platform. The work I did during my ten day stay was fun, rewarding, and helped me learn new practical skills. My tasks ranged from chasing chickens to cutting down trees. I really appreciated the trust and flexibility I was allowed. Unlike your typical WP experience this felt like a home stay, you can engage with the family as much as you wish or go chill in solitude!

Anna is a rock star taking care of 12 acres, 7 horses, a home (with 2 young children, their sweet pup), an airbnb, also gives lessons and competes and STILL checked in with me every day to make sure I had everything I needed. My work experience was perfect as she actually had work for me to do. (I weeded, weed whacked, mowed, bush trimming, picked up poop from the pasture). And I loved every second of it. Food and accommodations were wonderful - her airbnb. Property is gorgeous. Quick, cheap Uber to mall (but she always offered). Would recommend 1000xs over. I WILL be back! This one is special
