I would like to find someone capable of organizing events based on their experiences to entertain guests and also to make short videos and photos for marketing. I add that my volunteer will have to help me with the cleaning I need someone who speak a bit of Italian.

Se cercate una persona che fa l'opposto di quello che gli chiedete allora è la persona che fa al caso vostro. Mi son trovato male, gli ho commissionato un lavoro, oltre a non farlo si faceva le sue ragioni ed io avevo torto in casa mia nel mio lavoro. Non è adatta a lavorare in gruppo. Pessima esperienza. Non la consiglio.

I never imagined I would have such a warm, unique, cultural, fun, delicious, and amazing experience. William has such a big heart. The working hours are easy, the job doesn't is super simple. The tasks consisted of maintaining order and cleanliness of the place, helping in the kitchen, reception and well-being of clients. The hostel is located in a very quiet and safe central area with everything you need within a few steps. William patiently helped me practice Italian, introduced me to his friends, prepared the best typical food dishes of the region and took me on guided tours through various parts of Salento. I recommend this to anyone who wants to have an immersion in Italian culture and enjoy the hospitality while meeting people from all over the world!

Volunteering in the home was for my first time, but was so great! The host is really kind, nice abd funny. He showed me local area, introduced me to his friends and the food there was absolutly amazing. Unfortunatelly I had to leave a few days earlier, cause of some unexpected family stuffs, but host took it fine so there was no problem. If you want to spent time in the wonderful old city, the home is the right option :) I didn't give five stars just because sometimes I thought that I was overworking,... but that could be just from my side, cause I prefer make everything in perfectionist way :)

Siento que la idea de voluntarear, a parte de aprender y dar una mano, es moverse, viajar y conocer la cultura de cada lugar. Eso es lo que me permitió William en este intercambio. Me incluyó y participó en planes que me permitieron conocer la cultura italiana, gente del lugar, reforzar mi idioma, probar comidas típicas, entre otras. A parte de ofrecerte una habitación para uno solo, las tareas son sencillas, la ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo, también me permitió inmiscuirme en la cultura del lugar desde adentro! Te agradezco William, me voy muy satisfecha..
