Description
With 10 USD, you will be provided with three meals a day and protection during your stay with us. In addition, we offer free laundry, free fruit, free coffee, free accommodation, free room cleaning, free drinking water, and some experiential activities with the local people. Part of what we do is to help the local ethnic minority community develop sustainably and assist poor children in the villages of Ha Giang in northern Vietnam.

The Experience
We have been receiving many volunteers around the world to help project community in the North of Vietnam - Ha Giang. Its very popular with the Ha Giang Loop among tourists. We need your help to teach English for kids and poor young people. In addition to other social work with local people including farming & etc. You are going to enjoy the whole experience here! I had such an amazing experience at the school and will forever cherish my memories. Miss Quỳnh always ensured that I was happy, Miss Van pampered me with delicious meals. I truly loved my stay at this school! I really enjoyed the time I spent there with the students and another volunteer. The students are mostly adults who are very motivated and committed to learning, so it goes without saying. I had a lot of fun and Ms Quynh and Ms Vann took great care of me. It was such a great experience that I ended up extending my stay here and would love to come back!:)

I had the most amazing time here - so much so I extended my stay!! I was incredibly lucky with the group of girls I was volunteering at the same time as - we all got on so well which really made the experience! I absolutely loved all my students I was teaching and built such close relationships that I will forever cherish! The food here is amazing, thanks to Mrs vann. I would absolutely recommend this to another traveller and I hope to return in the future!

This was my first time using Worldpackers and Volunteering and it was absolutely incredible! You live and work in a cosy village about 20-30 mins from Ha Giang city. The workload was so manageable, mainly teaching adults in the day with long breaks in between and then teach the children for their after school club. I have no teaching experience which was slightly daunting at first but after the first few days you get used to it. Everyone is so kind and welcoming which helps. Such a chilled out vibe I'd recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much I'll 100% remember this forever!
