The Experience

We are currently welcoming volunteers to assist us with some of our rural public schools that need help with the teaching of the English language. Our foreign volunteers will be sent to these schools to assist the Thai English teachers in their classrooms which can make a much needed positive impact on the lives of the students and their families. We can only host female volunteers, as the volunteer house is shared with female Thai teachers.

I have nothing bad to say about this experience. The teacher is in the staff here are amazing, amazing, welcoming, and so kind hearted. Teacher Phloy goes above and beyond to ensure the volunteers are doing ok and has everything they need. The students are amazing. the project is beautiful. You are really able to get in tune with nature as you are in a small village in the mountains. My favorite parts of the day were sunrises in the morning and then going for a bike rides after work around 6pm. Just to disclaimer that these kids are filled with so much love and happiness. It's contagious.

This experience was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and ready to help me out throughout the experience. The whole province is beautiful, the kids are very excited to learn and food is delicious. All the teachers were of great help to us, as we were to them, and they always tried to help us feel welcome and safe. If you are having doubts about whether to do the experience or not, all I can say is that you will leave your heart here so come as soon as you can and leave your mark!

I had a lovely time staying at the project. The teachers are so sweet and helpful, and the students are adorable. The classes are very playful and fun, and we mostly did activités as the students preferred this way of learning. The food and accommodation is good, however there's not much to do in the area. It might be a bit lonely for a solo traveler if there's no other volunteer there.

I felt so welcomed from the very first moment. The teachers, director, and kids, everyone has been so kind to me. the project is in a rural area, so you should consider that you'll have plenty of time for resting, studying, or remote working. You only have to work a few hours a day. The food is delicious, and there's a coffee shop and a market near the project where you can buy some snacks. Weekends are free, so I had the opportunity to visit Chiang Rai, which is only 1.5 hours away by bus! A big thank you to Hani for the organization and this amazing opportunity.

That was an amazing experience. the project has an amazing infraestructure to teaching the kids, we can play videos, songs, and use more interactive ways to help the kids to learn faster. Also I was always with a Thai teacher translating the classes since I was teaching very young kids. All the teachers were very kind and friendly, and they always invited me to participate in activities with the local community, such as local events which the project and students are involved. I definitely recommend the volunteer here.
