We stayed nearly 3 weeks at Gino's and we really enjoyed ourselfs. Gino was a friendly host who emphasised we get into the water to surf/ enjoy Lobitos. The work was easy (also worth noting we don't speak Spanish) and we enjoyed the volunteering aspect. It was great to have a cooking space and a fridge so we could self sustain + eat out when we wanted. Would recommend

First of all, when I arrived, the host was asleep which made me almost buy a hostel because I was helpless after knocking on all the doors twice. Further, there was all of the sudden a fee for the food instead of free meals. This was pretty disappointing as during my application this was not the case. After paying the full sum of 10 days for my food he went to the store and a couple of items were finished before the end of the week and when I asked if he could buy this again he said it was my problem. Communication is a big problem overall. The work and accomodation is very chill though.

Buenas!
