The host family were welcoming and the Jacuzzi was hot and running upon arrival. Lunchtime and dinners were a cozy experience with a delicious healthy colourful plate, as well as tea times with tasty cakes. Work was fair and various, help with solar panels setup was an educational experience. The room is spacious, cosy and clean. Would recommend to other travellers as a valuable opportunity to experience a local private spa. Soon they should have a sauna built and running, with carefully selected aromatic fragrances.

We spent 10 days at the home. The work was simple, the food was delicious and the house was luxurious. If you clearly explain your needs I believe they are willing to accommodate. We had communication issues at first that led to a poor experience but when we explained our concerns openly we were able to collaborate on a enjoyable experience. We wish we had stayed longer to be able to integrate and enjoy more time together. They were very generous with bikes and accommodations

The accommodations were very nice, and the location in Copenhagen was perfect for exploring. It is important to understand that this is much more of a cultural exchange than simply a work exchange, so I would recommend really taking the time to communicate expectations before accepting the placement to make sure you have congruent values and ideas.
