The Experience
Somos un hostal pequeño, familiar, albergamos a 13 huespedes. Los turnos son de 4 hs al dia, dos dias libres a la semana flexibles, necesitamos ayuda con la recepcion y recibimiento de los huespedes, limpieza de areas comunes, habitaciones y baños. Abiertos a recibir nuevas ideas a aplicar en el hostal . Tambien tenemos 2 gatas una perrita y 2 tortugas. Santa Ana es un punto estrategico para conocer lugares naturales que no te podes perder.

It was an amazing experience that I'd love to repeat! Since day one you will feel welcomed by Adriana and Roberto. I helped with cleaning and reception so the tasks are easy to complete and the schedule can be flexible if you discuss it with Adriana to suit yours and the hostel needs. Even though it was low season I had a great time, you'll get to explore around the city or socialize with the locals. Thank you for everything Adri, I'll be back ❤️

I had a lovely time volunteering at the Poolhouse in El Salvador. Adri and the Poolhouse family made me feel at home and are such lovely people. The Poolhouse is a very small and intimate hostel and the entire team including Adri, Roberto, Mimi & Gigi (The hostel cats), Coco the dog and the two turtles all make it a great place to volunteer and stay. There is a weekly pupusa class every Monday which is lots of fun and I have become a bit of a pupusa making expert. The daily tasks are easy and involve cleaning and reception. Loved my time here and highly recommend it :)

Qué lugar tan bonito para hacer un voluntariado!!! La vibra de que llegas como a tu casa es hermosa. Gracias a Adri y su esposo que resultaron ser más buenos que unos tacos de suadero. 😁😁 Ya que entendieron mi situación y aún así me permitieron quedarme un su hermoso hostal hasta que tuviera las cosas seguras. En serio, muchísimas gracias. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar para los que no han hecho un voluntariado y tienen ganas de experimentar.

Anna es una chica muy alegre , su energía es indescriptible y su presencia es notable desde el minuto uno. Apenas iba entrando al hostal y ya estaba colaborando , es muy sociable y dinamica , los huesped se sienten comodos y la siguen sin importar en que hostal esten jaja. Muy buena suerte Anna que el mundosiga gozando de tu presencia ❣️

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue maravillosa, sus propietarios Adriana y Roberto son personas encantadoras, amables y sobre todo te hacen sentir en casa. Las tareas son básicas y sencillas, por lo que tendrás mucho tiempo para conocer la zona, interactuar con locales y aprender de su cultura y costumbres. La coco, la mimi, La Gigi y las tortugas son adorables. Recomiendo 100% este Hostel, No duden en realizar este voluntariado. Adri, Roberto y señora Lis, los llevo en mi corazón y los estimo muchísimo, mi estadía fue excelente en santa Ana por ustedes 🤗❤️

Siempre dispuesta a ayudar, muy alegre, muy sociable y muy servicial en todo lo que se ofrecia!! Recomiendo altamente el colaborar junto con Yuli , es pieza fundamental para que su hostel, hotel, casa, etc. Brille más!!
