The Experience

Garden help in the beautiful nature of Galicia. We need some help with different tasks (preparing the land, planting, painting, building and taking care of our beautiful place. Please, note that this isnt a hotel, so we ask volunteers to be able to keep clean their own spaces and the common áreas of the house at all times. Our home is a place for sharing and learning, if you are a 24h phone person and you dont care about nature, is not your place

I spent a very wonderful month. Every day with Esther was very fulfilling and happy. This is a place where you can recharge your body and mind, can learn a lot about planting, sometimes the tasks of the day also can be as a little adventure:) Her place is like a small paradise hidden in the mountains, enjoyed the every moment there, I have begun to miss her chicken and cat.🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛🐔

I had a great time. Esther is a kind and easy person, I felt comfortable and at home. The tasks were simple though sometimes exhausting. She took us on trips around the town and to local activites. Communication wasn't always super clear but it wasn't a problem for me. I would definitely come back!

I came with a friend and we stayed for two weeks. The house and garden are a pretty place and there's nice nature around. Esther organised a surf leason which was cool :) and we also went to a local ceramics class. Unfortunately, I didn't get to get to practice my Spanish. Not all things that were expected were communicated clearly beforehand which led to a sometimes unsure and uncomfortable atmosphere but after talking we were able to remove most of it. We had a nice room and though it was raining quite a bit in february, were still able to enjoy the surroundings and had a good time.
