Rieke, Haramis, and Luna are wonderful people and I had a great time with their family in Kvammen; though I unfortunately had to leave early because I was falling ill. Their self-sufficient lifestyle and homestead near the fjords was very impressive and a privilege to experience firsthand. Haramis is a skilled fisherman, Rieke is very knowledgeable about gardening and horse care, and their daughter Luna is an impressive artist. If you're interested in sustainable living and connecting with nature, I highly recommend them. Just make sure you come prepared for the weather!!!

Rieke, Haramis and Luna are nice people who made me feel very welcomed. This experience is ideal for escaping from everyday routine and connecting with nature. My tasks were interesting and not stressful and I often had an opportunity to decide my own "working hours". I went hiking a lot with Rosa (the dog) and also went cycling for a day. I would definitely recommend this experience.

I had a very good experience with Rieke, Haramis and Luna (and their adorable animals). They are so kind and generous, and have a very interesting life journey. The place is gorgeous, right in the fjords, it's perfect to do some nice walks and hikes in nature. It was a calm week, I helped a few hours with the website and videos, and I also had time to work on my own projects. I appreciated to discover a part of their daily lives and personal projects. I had an amazing time with Rieke and her family. My tasks were simple and easy. In my free time I went hiking, fishing and visited a local festival. The neighborhood has beautiful nature to explore. I am thankful for all the delicious meals and fresh fish during my stay. Thanks for hosting me!

The most remarkably significant trip I've took in my life. The nature was absolutely stunning, with its gorgeous location near the fjords facing the highest peak of the region. With a local lifestyle, it was full of serenity. Every member in the host are very welcoming and just overall great people. Harhamis was such a cool man with so many skills you can learn from, Rieke was super friendly and caring who likes pretty much everyone and really helpful when you are in need. Luna is exactly what I would want a daughter to be like. Had more fun with an 11-year-old than most of my friends. 99/10
