The Experience

Hay unas pequeñas cosas que hacer para vivir mejor en la casa, que se encuentra en las lomas de Maremma Toscana. Desde aquí, hay recorridos rumbo bosque o playas o ciudades de arte. Tenemos que arreglar unos marcos de madera y pintar muros. También los arboles de aceitunas esperan ser cuidados.

Mi experiencia en la casa de Annibale fue extraordinaria. Él es un gran ser humano, una persona muy amable y empática, quién tiene una filosofía de vida muy consciente de ayudar y servir a las personas . Realmente disfruté pasar unos días en casa de él y con los otros chicos que también estaban de voluntarios. Así que, me siento muy agradecido y satisfecho por la experiencia allí, y por supuesto, estaría encantado de regresar en otra oportunidad.

Esta experiencia fue enriquecedora de principio a fin, fue un trabajo en equipo que disfrute con calma, recolectar las aceitunas en compañía de los otros voluntarios y de Nino, rodeada de tanta naturaleza fue mágico, tuve la oportunidad de ver el proceso del aceite y consumirlo (es delicioso). Mi parte favorita del día, sentarnos a la mesa y compartir. Es un pueblo pequeño, muy tranquilo, la experiencia es local, Nino abre las puertas de su hogar y te hace parte de su día a día. Me voy feliz y muy agradecida por esta experiencia, por las personas que conocí y por el tiempo compartido.

La experiencia es absolutamente maravillosa! Primero, las tareas, cosechar los olivos y estar en contacto con la naturaleza y el campo es genial. La casa es muy agradable y cómoda. Lo mas importante es que Nino (el anfitrión) es un ser humano magnífico. Una persona que genuinamente se interesa por hacerte sentir en casa, cuidar de ti, que te sientas comodo y sobre todo que aprendas de las labores y la vida. Es una persona muy sabia que te abre las puertas de su vida para compartir toda la experiencia que lo acompaña. Este es el tipo de voluntariado que te cambian la vida de manera positiva.

Este fue mi primer voluntariado y no pudo ser más increíble. Aníbal es un hombre amable, sabio y paciente que me enseñó no solo a cosechar olivos, sino también a mantener una actitud positiva hacia la vida. Estoy muy agradecida por esta experiencia y por las increíbles personas que conocí. Gracias Catalina y Tati por el amor y las risas compartidas y gracias Nino por la amabilidad, las palabras, la calidez y el formaggio! ♡
