The Experience
Somos un instituto de ingles y frances dirigido a niños desde cinco años de edad hasta jovenes y adultos, los cuales por diferentes razones quieren mejorar sus habilidades en una segunda lengua. Nuestras clases con jovenes y adultos son mas casuales y conversacionales. No manejamos libro asi que las clases son mas informales que en un colegio. Tenemos algunos juegos de mesa que tambien puedes involucrar en las clases.

My stay in Smart Language was amazing! I got to work with children, which I loved and Lina was a great Host. We were doing things together after work and on the weekends too and I immersed myself into the Colombian culture. I appreciated a lot that when I was sick, Lina found a replacement for my schedule until I recovered and the meals got adjusted according to the fact that I had stomach aches as well. Yopal is a very nice area to explore, calm and peaceful if you're searching to find inner balance. I would recommend this experience to people who love working with children and have empathy

I can't articulate through words how incredible this experience was for me. I will never forget the love I felt from this community, the bonds I made with the students, and the memories I made in Yopal. Teaching english was extremely fulfilling, and the environment of the school cultivates an eagerness to learn. The community in Yopal felt very safe and welcoming and the culture in this region is rich. Lina provided me with a wonderful living situation and she is now a forever friend. My Spanish also improved significantly because of how friendly the locals are! I can't recommend enough.

Mi experiencia en el Instututo fue muy buena, Lina es una gran host, me recogió en el aeropuerto y me tenia todo listo, me hizo sentir bienvenida desde el inicio, los horarios se cumplen y tienes bastante tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad y sus alrededores. Lo único difícil es conocer gente pero bueno con redes sociales y un par de tours conocí varias personas muy chéveres que me mostraron más de la cultura llanera. Gracias por todo la escuela :)
