The Experience
Hello, we are looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic and keen to help maintain our eco hostel. The main task involves working behind the bar, attending to the requests of guests and ensuring the communal area is kept tidy. However, the role is flexible and we are happy to discuss with volunteers as other tasks such as laundry, cleaning rooms and running errands for the owner,painting, gardening, and general maintenance is always necessary.

I had an excellent time volunteering at the hostel. Thank you, Sokha, for being so open and kind! I truly enjoyed being among the guests and working with a lovely team of fellow volunteers. The work includes general hostel chores such as cleaning, making beds, handling check-ins, making coffee, and bartending. One thing I would note: be mindful of protecting your working hours and days off—you may need to ask for these explicitly. If you're comfortable with that, all is good. All in all, it was a great experience that I will never forget.

We stayed for two weeks there and we have absolutely no regrets ! We even thought about extending our stay because everything went perfectly for us ! Peak and Soka are amazing people they were kind and generous to us ! Also the place is beautiful, it is close to the city so it is very convenient for everything and the hostel is designed in a jungle/tropical way so it is very relaxing and peaceful to be there !! I'll recommend 100% for those who are looking for a calm and enjoyable place ;)) the work is not hard only 5 hours and very flexible depending on your needs !

We stayed for two weeks, such a breath of fresh air, surrounded by nature and peace 🌿✨ The greenery around the hostel is simply MAGNIFICENT 🌳🌺 It allowed us to meet so many wonderful people: the guests became friends 🤍, and the other volunteers became family 🫶🏽👨👩👧👦 The working hours were a bit more than what was suggested on the website (around 6 to 6.5 hours per day), but the work kept us well occupied and we didn't see the time pass at all ⏳😊 Pheak and Soka are very kind hosts 🌸🙏🏼, and I sincerely thank them for welcoming us. I truly hope to come back one day 🙏🏽💗

I stayed a full week at the hostel and I really enjoy it. Sokha and her family is really nice and welcoming. The job is diverse and I had time to explore the area. I would warmly recommand that experience.

Pheak and his family were lovely! We enjoyed staying with them so much and had a great time. 100% would recommend. His wife Sokha makes the most amazing food too!
