The Experience
You will be in charge of cooking, so it is important that you love to cook. The cooking is only for 2 or 3 people once a day and you are free to cook whatever you prefer. Besides cooking, other things you can help with are gardening, small building projects, sanding, painting, trail maintenance, and furniture making. No prior experience required for those, as long as you are open to learn and try new things, you will do fine.
