The Experience

Ajuda a organizar área do café da manhã, Check-in e check-out, Recepção a clientes, Controle de acesso de pessoas, limpeza geral e ajuste de iluminação. Suporte financeiro alimentação R$50 por semana + diário café a vontade, pão e bolo. Nossa equipe é composta de pessoas para limpeza, portanto algumas vezes que o voluntario limpa banheiros e quartos, apenas fornece apoio a atividades. Fornecemos limpeza de roupa dos voluntários terça-feira.

My experience at the hostel was amazing! Thiago was always kind, welcoming, and ready to help. The hotel is super organized, cozy. The location couldn't be better, with beautiful beaches nearby and an incredible vibe. I learned so much during my stay and am very grateful for this opportunity. I highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a rewarding experience!

The hostel was the place I needed, a place that had nature around it, a well-located place, close to everything: the beach street, bus station, supermarkets, banks, ferry. The shift is done weekly, the work is easy to perform, Thiago and Sofia are always helpful people and willing to help with whatever is needed, they are expanding the Pousada, seeking personal growth and for the Pousada. The volunteer's room is very comfortable. It was a period of a lot of learning and growth, the volunteers who were there taught me a lot, each in their own way. Thank you 🙏🙏🤗

Me encanto el voluntariado, sao sebastiano muy lindo la isla (ilhabela)es hermosa con excelentes playas y muy buenas trilhas. Los anfitriones Thiago y Sofia son unas personas muy atentas y pacientes, ante cualquier duda respondían de manera rápida al celular, las personas que trabajan ahí son muy atentas y pacientes mas conmigo teniendo en cuenta que no dominaba el portugués....recomiendo mucho este voluntariado.

Minha primeira experiência como voluntário e não poderia ter sido melhor! A pousada é bem localizada no centro histórico de São Sebastião, perto de tudo. As tarefas são tranquilas, os horários respeitados e a Lary sempre foi flexível quando precisei. Fui super bem recebido, ambiente leve, com boas conversas e risadas com a equipe. A pousada ainda empresta bicicletas pros voluntários, o que é ótimo pra explorar a região. Saio grato e com vontade de voltar! Só Alegria Só Felicidade. Tupananchiskama🥰
