The project Sinestetica is a growing and ambitious organisation. Volunteering at the hostel is great, the work is relaxed and the hosts are flexible. Guarapari is a lovely but small beach city, and in your free time, you have over 50 beaches to explore. the project centre is always open to new ideas, so if you are an artist, musician, or someone invested in culture and have a project or plan you want to test, do not hesitate to talk it through with them! I was lucky to be volunteering with a great group.

A experiência no projeto foi a melhor possível! Me senti segura e acolhide no voluntariado, e ainda por cima pude participar das atividades do projeto ❤️ que conta com uma equipe maravilhosa. Todos os combinados foram claros, e flexíveis, então deu pra trabalhar e aproveitar tranquilamente. Além disso, Guarapari é uma codade muito viva, com muitas possibilidades! Foi minha segunda vez na casa, o CCCS é uma família acolhedora e amiga. Desta vez deu para acompanhar o pessoal em um show em Piúma e foi uma experiência incrivel! Quero desejar tudo de melhor pra essa casa que já vejo como lar e que quero que se desenvolva e cresça abraçando cada vez mais os WP que cheguem até aqui! Amo vocês e até breve!

O projeto foi a minha primeira experiência como voluntária. A equipe me recebeu no primeiro momento com uma conversa sobre as minhas tarefas. Me senti acolhida desde o início, principalmente pela gerente Lua que acabou se tornando uma grande amiga. De modo geral as tarefas são tranquilas, assim como a convivência com os anfitriões. Os horários são respeitados e há flexibilidade nas trocas de acordo com as necessidades dos voluntários. Aprendi muito sobre tudo, desde as tarefas sobre organização do espaço quanto as tarefas sobre comunicação e organização dos eventos. Gratidão por tudo!
