We spent 1 month at the shelter, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The team is incredibly dedicated and passionate about their work and about every single dog. the shelter are treated with love and care, and they make sure every dog gets proper medical attention. They really go above and beyond for not just the shelter in the shelter but also the temple the shelter. Bang, Ohn, Piak, Franziska and Franz, thank you so much for everything you've teached us and for making us feel like a part of the team. We miss you already. Verity and Thep, thank you for having us. We will see you soon ❤️

The experience was exactly what I hoped for. I wish I had more time to spend here. You are involved in the day to day work from day 2 (first day is sitting with the shelter so they get comfortable with you). This allows you to see the highs and lows of dog the shelter life. As a short term volunteer you are helpful, but not crucial to the shelter operations, which is perfect. Note the description is incorrect as each day is 8:30-3:30 with an hour lunch (although none of those are hard times) with 2 days off per week as desired. The working hours allow for plenty of timing hanging out with the shelter.

The shelter Dog the shelter is an amazing place. Located right next to a beautiful beach, it's a fantastic spot to volunteer and immerse yourself in Thai culture. The staff and volunteers are superb, dedicating so much to the shelter and the community. I loved spending my time caring for and loving all my four-legged friends. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking peace and the joy of caring for the shelter.

I absolutely loved being able to lend a hand at the shelter. It was such a rewarding experience to help improve the lives of the shelter. The shelter itself has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff and volunteers are incredibly kind and dedicated. The location is stunning, with the beach just beside it, making the environment even more special. The tasks throughout the day are diverse, offering opportunities to learn and connect deeply with the animals and the important work they do. Overall, it was an experience that filled my heart!

The shelter is a great place!! Verity, Thep and their staff were so welcoming. Loved spending time with the shelter, each one of them is amazing. I can't believe how much trust they give you after a few days already, unbelievable after everything that happened with them. Unfortunately I had to leave early, but Verity was very understanding. Everything together an amazing place and I would definitely recommend!
