It was one of the most amazing experiences, not all days were easy, but it was most definitely rewarding being able to help the animals and feel like making a difference. Thanks to Carl and the Doc for being so integrate with everyone. I would definitely recommend for anyone to do it. Met amazing people and overall it was beautiful.

Im very happy to have been able to do my first volunteer work with the shelter Army. It is true that there are days with more work than others, and sometimes at the end of the day we are tired, but happy. To see the animals recover, be happy even when they have gone through many sad things, for me it was enriching. I think the clinic is quite well organized, the vet has a lot of experience and the people who work with him are really people who help you in everything and do everything. fortunately I took with me friends and a nice experience. If you like dogs i recommend volunteering here. Thanks

The shelter Army is a nice charity to work for, feels like they are really making a difference to the animals of the local area! You spend some hours working in the morning and then in the afternoon helping to clean cages, feed the dogs and walk the dogs. A lot of free time in the middle of the day too. Not loads in the local area but can relax at the house/visit night market/visit Pattaya on day off.

The shelter army was an amazing experience ! I loved my days there. It is memories for a lifetime that you are going to create there. You meet wonderful people and you have the chance to learn about animals. I really felt that I was part of something and that my help was needed. You just have to know that it's a 6 days work time and not 5. So you are going to work more 30h than 25h as they said. However, if you really enjoy dogs and cats I don't think you will mind. I was just so happy to spend time with them!! The place is wonderful and the home where we sleep too. I would definitely recommend it

The shelter Army was such a fantastic foundation to work with. They were super accommodating and always made sure we were having fun while working with the animals. It was a great atmosphere and I met a lot of amazing people! It was in a small area outside Pattaya where we walked to the night market often. I felt very safe, had everything I needed, and had such a phenomenal experience with this foundation! I definitely recommend if you don't mind getting your hands a lil dirty!

The shelter Army was a truly beautiful experience. Although you get one day off, during our working days we have plenty of time to go visit places and venture in to pattaya. The clinic where we clean and look after the dogs was well structured and established, and the work was satisfying. You truly feel like you are making a difference here. The vet Kwanchai, Tam and Joy are all helpful and selfless individuals, and Carl is a superstar who has advice whenever you need! You will not feel alone at the shelter Army.

Very rewarding work! Lots of time to connect with the animals & see so much progress in short amounts of time, really feels like you're making a difference. Got to watch some surgeries too which was cool, I learnt a lot! Volunteer accommodation is great, you all work, eat & live together, you really become like a little family, made some really special friendships here! Volunteer coordinator was out recovering from surgery so I think things ran a little different than usual, but he was still contactable. Worked 36 hours not 25, not much coordination on the day to day. Still highly recommend

Had a very good time with the animals and the team! We were working 36 hours/week and not 25h. During my stay, there was no supervision or management of the team. I was trained by other volunteers which is a lot to put on them in my opinion. This place would benefit a lot from more structure and organization. It was also hard to communicate with the staff members in English + some frictions with them sometimes. There is also not a lot to explore here+ exhausted after work so don't expect to have time to continue traveling while here. Still felt like I had an impact on the dogs lives!!
