heyaa we are a big cozy social hostel in the middle of berlin. you must be fluent in english! we expect from you: confidence teamplayer socialising with guests able to quick learn things housekeeping /cleaning skills entertain guests in the daily night events be on time for shifts fullfill all tasks required

Massive thanks to Caro and the reception team for making my stay here so wonderful <3. Hostel has a nice community vibe and is located in a nice and well-connected area of Berlin. Shifts are agreed upon a week in advance and hours are always respected. The work itself is not too challenging. Volunteers get their own room, bathroom, and basement lounge area with speakers and a TV. There's plenty of free snacks and drinks, and the vollies often pool their ingredients to make nice meals together. My experience here was lovely and I hope to come back and volunteer here again soon.

This place is AWESOME! I really loved it. It's super easy to socialize with new guests all the time especially during the social events.There are also plenty of spaces where where the volunteers get to hang out which is always nice. The staff are all super fun,friendly and understanding to work with:) Sometimes the shifts felt a bit long, but at the same time you're only working three days a week, which gives you lots of time to enjoy the city and the nightlife and that was really fun! The only small downside is that the breakfast is a bit light, but overall I truly truly recommend to anyone!

The hostel was my first volunteer experience and I had the best time. Caroline and the rest of the team + volunteers were all so nice and welcoming. I met so many people and this place made Berlin feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this experience. 😁

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel! Felt super welcome the moment I walked in, staff was very helpful showing me around and offering directions during my first few shifts, which made me comfortable to interact with them, guests and to just exist inside the house. Work life balance is great since you only work 3 days per week, so plenty of time to explore Berlin, party snd what not. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a good time! Volunteers are treated very well, the shared staff room is super organized and roomy and everyone is super lovely!

I had the best time at East Seven. Caroline runs a great hostel. She is always there when you need her and priorities the wellbeing of every volunteer. The hostel is clean and so easy to socialise with the guests and volunteers. The work is fun and rewarding. And the amount of free time gives you the best chance to explore berlin. I hope to return again in future! Big shout out to all the staff
