My stay with Veronica and Max has exceeded expectations, as my first Worldpackers experience I couldn't have found more welcoming hosts. The town is so peaceful, a great place to connect with yourself and nature, bring a book or two! The work exchange was brilliant, I spent 5 hours a day playing with and teaching their son Marcus, who is so bubbly and excited to learn. I feel truly enriched spending time with him and grateful to have played a small part in the puzzle of Marcus's education. He is so gentle and the lifestyle here will have a beautiful impact. I can't thank you both enough.

The host is very welcoming! My stay was great. If you wanna disconnect from big crowded cities, this is the perfect place. Marcus is the cutest kid ever, if you like kids you will love him! Also, the restaurantes and coffee shops were very affordable ;)

Max and Veronica have a lovely home, fuelled with passion for a healthy life style. Little Marcus is such a sweet child and very intelligent for his age. I had so fun learning with him and teaching him words and phrases. Veronica is such a great mother and it shows in Marcus by his level of creative expression at such a young age! The food is amazing here, and I have had time to explore the beauty of Verona and this quaint village, everyone is so lovely! I would definitely recommend this experience if you are spiritually in tune and wish to expand your mindset on how others live.

I was so exited to go for my first Worldpackers trip… and it was even better than I could imagine! Veronica and Max were so welcoming, caring and kind. They were concerned about my well being and wanted to make the experience great for me. They recommended me places I could go to in my free time, that was really helpful to me. Their house is cozy and warm, the food is absolutely amazing and to take care of Marcus was a pleasure to me! I enjoyed the conversations, the language teaching, doing sports together and learning new things. I highly recommend the stay there!
