It was our first volunteer experience and we couldn't be more luckier. The hosts and all the other volunteers made us feel part of the family since day one. The place and the food were also fantastic! We were provided with all the necessary resources to prepare and create engaging English classes for students of any kind of age, making the class preparation such an easy and enjoyable task even for newbies like us. We definitely recommend it and we'll probably go back as soon as possible :)

This was our first volunteer experience and we couldn't be more luckier: in few words, IT WAS JUST AMAZING! We spent two weeks in this wonderful place nestled in the nature. The hosts took great care of us, making us feeling part of the family since the very beginning. Teaching English in this environment was such a fantastic experience. We were provided with all the necessary material to deliver creative and tailored lessons, making the class preparation such an easy task even for newbies like us. We highly recommend this place and will definitely go back! We're already missing them all.

Ban Bon Doi was an amazing trip and I would recommend to anyone wanting to make the most socially out of their volunteering experience. The staff and workers were amazing and honestly feel like family. Oom and tew tew made me feel so warm and welcome and they are very lovely people. The work is very fullflilling and consistent. Teaching English solo lessons gives you an opportunity to connect and really get to know the local people of Thai and their culture. The travelers you meet will also add to the quality of the honestay. I will come back anytime I'm in Thailand Ban Bon Doi Is so Amazing!

I want to start by saying thank you to Oom and Tewtew for creating a space for me that felt like a home away from home. This was my first volunteering experience and it was an amazing experience, there were a lot of activities planned for us which included Bamboo rafting and cooking classes . You also get really close to other volunteers and I ended up travelling with a few :) The classes were very relaxed and fun, the students were engaging which gave me a sense of accomplishment, I got many recommendations and learnt a lot through them. I will 100% recommend this and will be back :)

We didn't like - We Loved!! This was our first Worldpackers experience and it was absolutely amazing. The accommodation and food provided were lovely. In addition to this, we spent most of the day exploring the area with some fun and engaging teaching sessions in the evening. But the best part were the people we met as well the hosts - they were all so kind and we made amazing friendships! :) Big thank you to everybody!

Guys... This has been my best volunteering experience so far... Although this was my last choice while I was applying, but this place is the best... The hosts are really welcoming and the travel community which I came across here was the best so far... Don't look at the hate comments in the reviews, those might be the personal opinions, but my feedback is collective of the 17 amazing friends I made here... Cheers... Khawp kun khap...

One of the best volunteering opportunities i've had so far in my travels. the environment is so peaceful and calming. you are surrounded by nature and trees tucked away in a local village. you are truly immersed in the local thai culture because there are no foreigners outside of volunteers. the teaching is very easy only 4-5 hours a day. my only issue would be that there are last minute classes that come in so you have to constantly monitor your computer which leaves less flexibility to leave the homestay during your “work hours”. hosts were great & offered free thai cooking classes :)

When we arrived we were greeted very nicely. The dorms are small but comfortable and everybody has space for their luggage. The lunch and dinner you will get from Monday to Saturday is always very delicious. Even though you have to work in the evening, there is still enough time in the day to explore the neighborhood with coffee shops, fruit stands, thrift shops and to meet the other volunteers. Overall the host Ping Pong and the others were super and nice and always helpful. It was also cool just to join the locals at the bar in the evening, try new food and to just have fun.

I had such a wonderful experience volunteering here! The staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The work itself was both fun and straightforward, which made it easy to enjoy and stay motivated. It was also a great opportunity to meet other volunteers and students—everyone was so friendly and open. We even spent time together during our free hours, doing fun activities that added to the whole experience. I'm so grateful for this opportunity and would highly recommend it to anyone considering volunteering here!
