Absolutely loved my stay here ☀️ People are just wonderful, all, travellers and staff. Classes are mostly very nice. U have a lot of free time to relax. Food is also really good. The only thing I can note is that all furnitures and facilities are ooold and not very clean.

Such a cool experience! Being able to teach English remotely while relaxing at the homestay was super nice. The students were eager to learn which made the teaching engaging and fun. There were lots of opportunities to connect with fellow travelers and even locals. Definitely recommend this volunteer experience!

I had a great time staying at the school. I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. Everybody was super nice and really helpful. Classes are not hard (and some kids are really funny), food is amazing and you get a lot of time to relax. Overall I would totally recommend this place even for first time volunteers. 😊 Thank you so much! ❤️

Great to meet other volunteers, the lessons are enjoyable. It is a little far out of Chiang Mai, so we stayed at the homestay most days, but the surrounding area is nice. I'd say that 2 weeks is the perfect amount of time to spend there. The food is nice as well :)

I truly enjoyed my time here. I was supposed to stay 2 weeks I ended up to stay 4. Everybody here was so lovely and kind and they made me feel at home since the first day. For that reason it was difficult for me to leave this place. Teaching English to students helped me to actually improve better my understanding of the language. Lessons were given only for few hours in the afternoon and to me I found it more than reasonable. That gave me enough free time to visit around the village and the surroundings of Chiang Mai. It's a good place to meet international travellers and make new friends.

This was a wonderful first worldpackers experience for us! We got sick and ended up in Chiang Mai hospital and had to change our arrival date. The host was flexible. As a couple we wanted private accommodations and this was also accommodated. The teaching was lots of fun! We did the bamboo river rafting and it was a great time. Tia Tio will take good care of you 💗 Food portions can sometimes be small and if you eat lots you will need to walk to get food (around 20min). Upon arrival you usually have to ask other volunteers questions rather then the host. Enjoy volunteering at this great place😊

It was my first Worldpackers experience and I had the best time. You work online, but you're outside in a cozy place the whole day. The place of the homestay is really nice and the village is too. For the accommodation and the nice food you get everyday you are not working a lot. It is a great place to meet other travelers. Bacău's you spend your day together you have a lot of time to get to know everyone and to share experience. I would recommend if you want a chill place to relax and to engage with people. The classes are fun and the students are very nice. Especially when you like kids.
