We had a great time.Pia is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. She told us a lot about sustainability and her project. It is inspiring, how passionate she is about her project. The work was good, we had fun working in the greenhouse or in construction and Pia always made sure we didn't work too much. In our free time we did various activities in the amazing nature of Melimoyu. The house was cozy and made us feel at home instantly. We always had lunch and dinner - a good way to get to know each other. We really enjoyed our time with Pia, her family and the other volunteers.

Melimoyu is really a special place. Getting to know the area and the people who work so hard to make a life in such a harsh environment was amazing. Make sure to learn about how the place was settled and the people involved in the story. Pia is the best host! Hopefully I will be able to return to Melimoyu again! Really unique project here, proud to have helped contribute a tiny bit.

Nuestra experiencia en melimoyu fue increíble desde el primer dia, la gente muy amable, respetuosa, nos dieron una habitación y en cuánto a la comida increíble, comimos variado y rico todos los dias, en cuánto al trabajo nos tocó mantener un invernadero y tareas varias, leña, aseo en el hostal, cocina, etc, aprendimos un montón.Pia es una gran anfitriona y líder por que confía en los voluntarios y en el trabajo que hace cada uno de ellos, está construyendo un hermoso proyecto en éste misterioso y hermoso lugar! Gracias, en alguna otra vez vendremos de nuevo!

Melimoyu para mí ha sido una experiencia no solo maravillosa, sino que, también sanadora, sus cerros de bosques, su aire puro, el canto de los pájaros, sus paisajes, el volcán, realmente tienen una energía mágica inexplicable que te deja encantado. El día a día es relajado, el trabajo diario es liviano, la Pía te enseña todo lo necesario (sobre todo en los huertos), por lo que se aprenden un montón de habilidades nuevas, además, su forma de ser, de compartir (a las horas de comida, en el trabajo y durante el día con lxs voluntarixs) hace que te sientas como en un hogar lejos de casa.

Melimoyu tiene vistas hermosas e inigalables, dentro del voluntariado nuestro trabajo fue apoyar en los domos en la parte electrica, los horarios fueron flexibles y gratos, varias veces nos transportamos en bici o en la camioneta por la ruta. Ademas la comida fue una delicia, la mayoria cultivada de ahí mismo y aparte se realizaban diversos tipos de practicas eco-sustentables, cuidando al medio ambiente. Muchas gracias por esta expiriencia.
