The Experience
My name is David and I work with my friend from highschool Camilo, we have a very small hostel, a cabin and camping grounds in the Araucania Andina, Malalcahuello, Chile. We are very near the Lonquimay volcano, and right next to the Malalcahuello National Reserve. The seasons are very unique and colorful, it is a very quiet and relaxed place. Corralco ski resort atracts many tourists in winter and therefore winter time is high season.

My experience in Dos Volcanos was great. The work is most of the time simple, only some times hard. You have your single room and it's a cozy place. The nature around this place is awesome and not far from a stunning nature park with volcanoes. The hosts are welcoming and if you want to learn spanish, this is the right place for you.

Estar no eco lodge foi uma experiência! Fiquei 2 meses e posso dizer que foi realmente sensacional. As tarefas são bem leves no geral, tem bastante tempo livre e foi tudo cumprido de acordo com que está aqui na plataforma. Caso você seja aventureiro tem muitas trilhas e o vulcão pra explorar. Recomendo 100%. Obrigada David e Camilo pelo tempo incrível.

Este fue mi primera experiencia de voluntariado, y definitivamente superó todas las expectativas. David y Camilo dejaron la vara muy alta. Ambos son muy gentiles, realmente hicieron que mi estadía fuese increíble. Me sentí como en casa. Amo que se maneje una despensa básica muy saludable y de calidad, para todos los voluntarios del hostal. Se esfuerzan al máximo, para que te sientas cómodo. Si te hace falta algo importante, ellos se esforzarán por brindartelo. Agradecida con la flexibilidad de los chicos. Fueron pacientes mientras aprendía labores del hostal.
