Javier and Rachel are welcoming and invite you to act as if you are at home. Javier is really knowledgeable about the land and the animals, and working along side him is fun ; everyday he taught me something new. Rachel's cooking is phenomenal, and I looked forward to every meal time! The work is hard and you will sweat and get dirty, it's also great feel like you've contributed in some way. The farm is beautiful and Javier's children are hilarious.
