It's my second time to volunteer at the hostel. The duty is 6hrs and mostly socializing with guests. I had the freedom to initiate activities like sunrise/sunset runs and gym sessions. Before, I stay in one of the beds in their dormitory. Now, they provide a separate apartment room for volunteers. It's 3-4 min walk from the hostel. For others volunteering in the future, please note that the volunteers' place does not have internet. I go to the hostel to do my remote job, which is nice because I can still focus working at their lounge. Thanks Kuya Borja for the chance to volunteer again.

Honestly the easiest most chill job I ever had! I worked on bat which was pretty tame just serving beer most of the time. Occasionally helped with some marketing also as its was pretty quiet. Definitely recommend this place not a party hostel but has social areas. The apartment you stay in is not like the hostel photos, you'll be in a volunteer apartment 2 mins down the road. It's very basic, has a bathroom, no kitchen but you can use the one at the hostel!

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! The work isn't difficult, I was helping at the bar and interacting with guests. It's a perfect place to meet a lot of travellers from all over the world. The staff was really helpful and nice. And other volunteers are amazing, we had a really good time together! I would definitely recommend this experience, if you going to Philippines!

I had such a lovely time at the hostel! 🩷 I worked 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, at the hostel bar—serving drinks and interacting with guests, making sure they feel welcome & included. The staff have been just absolutely wonderful to work with (Khim especially!!!!) & the other volunteers I now consider friends for life. Would recommend this experience to anyone wanting to stay on one of the most beautiful islands in the Philippines.
