I had the most wonderful time at this hostel! The owner and manager are really friendly and helpful, they are always there for you. The atmosphere is super cozy and I immediately felt at home, this also applies to all guest in the hostel. This hostel is also in an perfect location, just 5 minutes away from the main street 5th av and 10 minutes away from the beach. It is also convenient that the launderette and supermarkets are nearby. I had plenty of free time to explore the area and enjoy everything Playa del carmen has to offer. I highly recommend it, thanks for the great experience!

Hostel inn fue mi primer hogar en playa del Carmen, conocí gente muy mágica,adquirir nuevas experiencias, los llevo conmigo en mi corazón. Quiero agradecer a uno de los voluntarios Yhon quien me ayudó muchísimo y aprendí del. El hostel está bien ubicado cerca de la playa y el centro.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, me sentí súper cómoda durante toda mi estadía. Las tareas de limpieza son sencillas, son 4 habitaciones con baño y cocina propias, además el equipo de voluntarios tiene su propio cuarto con cocina y baño, junto con la recepción. Mediante un grupo de WhatsApp los dueños están siempre dispuestos. Lo que se brinda cumple con lo propuesto, solo el servicio de internet es un poco débil cuando todos los huéspedes están conectados, cosa a tener en cuenta si trabajas online. La ubicación es genial, cerca de todo, hay bicis y se pueden usar para recorrer. Me voy contenta!

Este fue mi primer voluntariado y tuvo aspectos positivos como la ubicación céntrica del hostal, la cercanía a la playa, las labores sencillas y la gente, tanto voluntarios como huéspedes, que me llevo en el corazón. Sin embargo, el aspecto negativo fue el comportamiento del voluntario encargado, quien es irrespetuoso, grosero y machista :( . A pesar de intentar ignorarlo, terminé siendo la quinta voluntaria en los últimos meses en retirarse por su actitud. Aunque me costó escribir la reseña, creo que el hostal sería una gran oportunidad si se evitara la energía e influencia negativa .
