I loved my time at the hostel! The staff was really welcoming, working doesn't really feel like working with them. :) I did the yoga classes 3 times a week on the beach which is a perfect place for that! After the yoga I was working the night shift which was busy but really fun when it was Christmas, Full Moon and NYE. Working 30 hours you still have a lot of time to explore beaches and its really easy to make new friendships in the hostel to party with! Thank you for everything the hostel🫶

The hostel quickly felt like home while volunteering there for a month. The owner Mark, the people working there and the other volunteers have made me feel so welcome. The shifts were so much fun. I either worked a dayshift (11-5 mainly reception work, bit of bartending), which allowed me to go out afterwards. Or a nightshift (6-12 mainly bartending, bit of reception work), which allowed me to go around the island before the shift (There is way more to do and to see than just the Full moon party ;) And I absolutely loved meeting so many new people. I would love to come back in the future!!

Hands down the best volunteering position I've ever done. I spent pretty much all my time hanging out on the vibey rooftop bar that overlooks the beach, playing pool and hanging with the hostel family. The food is amazing, the work is enjoyable and relaxed. Joelle is the owner/manager but she felt more like family to me during my five months I volunteered here, an absolute gem of a human 👌 The other volunteers were amazing too - Shout-out OG the hostel FAMILY. Shout-out SILVERBACKS AHOO. Absolutely love this place and it'll be my first stop whenever I come back to Thailand! A++++
