Volunteering at “the hostel” in Hoi An was one of the most welcoming experiences I could have had. the hostel is beautiful, clean and organized. Denis and Noon are extremely kind and welcoming people. The work was organized and very flexible and I had access to everything I needed. The food at House 13 was perfect and the people were kind and gentle. If you are looking for volunteering, the hostel is definitely the best choice. Thank you Denis and Noon for supporting me, welcoming me, being part of my backpacking trip and for making my days in Hoi An very happy! 😊

The hostel was such a Perfect place to volunteer at Hoi An! The hosts feel like such a family abroad! The position of Activity organizer is a great one if you're a social person that naturally interacts with the guests at hostels. Your tasks were basically organizing and participating in different activities like bike tours, coffee classes and snack tours around the city. Denis and Nhung were so friendly and welcoming. Recommending many places in and around Hoi An so you can fully experience it like a local. Skipping the most touristy part and enjoying the real life there

Denis and Nhung are amazing, they will make you feel right at home. I'm so glad I came to the hostel it was the best first volunteering experience. I can confidently say it is my favourite place I've ever “worked” I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you are interested in learning about local life and immersing yourself in Vietnamese culture this position is perfect for you. I will be back to visit, so maybe I'll run into you!

Nhung and Denis are a couple of wonderful people, sooo welcoming and kind. I could not recommend this place enough, I month in Hoi An went by so fast and it didn't even feel like working most of the time! If you're looking for a place to immerse yourself in local culture meet locals and other fellow travellers this is a 100% a place for you.

I love volunteering at the hostel! The tasks are simple, and the hours are flexible, allowing me to arrange my schedule effortlessly. Besides contributing my time, I get to immerse myself in the rich stories of Vietnam, especially I can learn vietnam story and hostel business, noon and denis is also cooperative they really helpful. the best part is Hoi An is truly a beautiful city to stay in, with its enchanting charm and unique character.
