Valentina y Jorge son super amables ! Yo estaba en la cocina con Jorge y me enseño varias recetas y trucos. El horario era súper claro y respectado. Festejamos el 31 juntos con la equipa del hostel y me encanto pasarlo con ellos ^^ Canales es un pueblo perdido en la sierra de la demanda (40 minutos de coche hasta el primer supermercado). Es un lugar de paz rodeado de naturaleza donde podes hacer paseos hermosos Gracias a Valentina y Jorge por la súper acogida en mi primer voluntario !

The hostel es el centro social del pueblo y pueden haber días de mucho trabajo. Disfrutamos la naturaleza, la inmersión local y aprender nuevas habilidades. A remarcar la comodidad del cuarto, baño privado y sus vistas. Hay que tener en cuenta que pueden tocar horarios nocturnos. Si vienen sin coche es difícil ir a cualquier sitio pues está alejado de todo, y a Jorge y Vale les puede resultar difícil trasladarse por estar ocupados. En las comidas tardamos semanas en sentirnos cómodos pues nadie te dice que puedes comer y que no, pero son personas abiertas, no dudéis en preguntarles.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo a pasar 2 semanas pero solo nos quedamos 1, no tuvimos una buena experiencia. El pueblo bonito, pero parece mas un trabajo que un intercambio. Las 25h se cumplen pero mal distribuidas en nuestra opinión (algunos días 4 o 5 horas pero otros incluso 7h) en el que terminábamos a las 16-17. además entre las empleadas del hotel hay mal ambiente. Los dueños fueron amables siempre aunque no hubo mucha comunicación. Lo que terminó de empujarnos a irnos antes fue que mi pareja que estaba “ayudando” en cocina (7h fregando platos durante 3 dias) se le exigía como a un empleado.

Nuestra experiencia fue agradable, pero es un trabajo con horarios cómodos y flexibles. Hay días de mucho trabajo pues el bar es el único del pueblo. Nuestro cuarto fue maravilloso, una cama cómoda, baño privado y una hermosa vista a las montañas. Disfrutamos conectar con la naturaleza, compartir con la gente y apreder nuevas habilidades. Sin embargo hay que trabajar en la comunicación, no son claros al comienzo de que se puede comer y que no. Jorge y Vale son personas ocupadas y es difícil que puedan transladarte, hacer una excursión. Son personas abiertas, no dudéis en preguntarles!

El lugar es tranquilo y muy bonito, la gente del pueblo es muy amable y agradable, aunque me tocaron fechas algo movidas el ambiente siempre es tranquilo y Valentina fue amable y razonable en todo momento.
