The team of staff and volunteers couldn't be better. Everyone is helpful, patient, friendly, and respectful. The permanent staff truly cared about our comfort and well-being. Reception work was smooth and enjoyable, with simple tasks and daily contact with guests from around the world. The hostel is clean, organized, and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and cozy, with a personal light and outlet. The room was a bit visually crowded, but it wasn't a real issue. Would I recommend volunteering here? Definitely! It was a wonderful enriching experience that I truly miss.

I had an amazing experience volunteering at the hostel! Everyone on the team is very friendly and willing to help if you have a question or problem. The tasks are simple, as agreed, and were clearly explained to me. Having a stocked kitchen was a huge plus for budget, and the terrace is a beautiful space to relax and get fresh air. Location is comfortable, close to two subway lines and several bus lines. Hope to get the chance to go back soon!

Best. Experience. Ever. (NoLimitCentral) This was my 4th volunteering opportunity and I am extremely grateful for everything this place taught me and allowed me to do, grow, and evolve! From practicing Spanish and developing new skills in the job, to having the incredible luck of making lifelong friends, all in the HEART OF BARCELONA. A huge thank you to the amazing Karen, who worked the morning shift and was always there to guide us and Olga for intervewing me and accepting me in the team <3
