The Experience
We are searching for people that can help us keep our hostel beautiful and clean and also host our guests! The position is NIGHT SHIFT, helping our housekeeping to do the cleaning job in the morning or and cleaning and loundry in the afternoon! In Exchange we offer you awesome envirolment, lunch and the best vibes.

I've spent two weeks at Aji Verde and had a great time. I had to work only three night-shifts and one in the evening. It was pretty chilled and there was not much to do. Nevertheless, the communication about the work hours could have been a bit better. I can totally recommend you a stay, if You're looking for a relaxed hostel, where you have a lot of free time. I've been the only volunteer, so you'll spend more time with the guests, which can also be nice. Thanks to Felipe, Javi and the girls at the reception for having me and always helping me 🫶🏼

I had a wonderful time at Aji Verde hostel!! Javi was so kind and helpful, and everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming :) I found the tasks to be clearly communicated and the schedule to be reasonable and really flexible. The many days off per week allowed me to relax and explore the Atacama desert!!

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! The staff in general is really friendly and in case you don't know something everyone will do their best to help you! The job was explained really well and i had enough free time to enjoy the beautiful things you can see around San Pedro de Atacama! Definitely a good hostel to volunteer at!

I had an amazing experience at Aji Verde. There was nothing I did not like. Everything is super fair and I felt welcome from day one. I met amazing people (staff, volunteers and guests) which I shared amazing moments with. Felipe is amazing too and he really cares about the well-being of his staff and volunteers. The place is beautiful. I can just recommend.

We have a great experience in Aji Verde! The staff was nice and explained the rules and how to do volunter job as well, they were and also were nice to give us advice about what to do and where to go in San pedro! Felipe the owner is a really nice person! I would recomend to stay about 10/20 days, with shifts you will have lots of free time to enjoy and visit San Pedro area even with the hosts of the Hostel! The work is not diffucult at all, only is better to know some basic english and spanish as you can talk with hosts and staff!
