Desde o primeiro dia Andrea e José mostraram empatia e amor para comigo. Me fizeram se sentir em casa. Fui recepcionado por outros voluntários que estavam aqui da mesma forma. Criei amizades com vários deles, amizades essas que ajudaram a deixar o ambiente leve e fazer o voluntariado ser excelente. Os turnos são bem flexíveis, as tarefas bem tranquilas também. Ótima localização para conhecer Santiago. Só tenho que agradecer a Andrea, José e os voluntários por esse tempo!!! ❤️

Fue muy linda experiencia hacer voluntariado en el hostel, se siente como estar en familia, gracias a José y Andrea, y el resto de los voluntarios que me tocó compartir durante mi estadía. El hostel está ubicado en un barrio seguro, y muy cerca de la estación del metro, lo cual hace muy fácil movilizarse. Respecto a las tareas, los horarios se respetan y son flexibles en que cambiemos entre compañeros si así lo queremos. Principalmente consiste en tareas de recepción, mantener la limpieza en las áreas comunes, y algún día de la semana ayudar con el aseo de habitaciones y baños. Recomendado.

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Desde a minha chegada a equipe me acolheu e me fez sentir muito bem-vindo e em casa. As tarefas na recepção são simples e sempre tem alguém disposto a ajudar. Os horários são respeitados e há flexibilidade. Conversando, tudo se resolve. A cama foi muuuuito confortável, uma delícia! Conheci pessoas e fiz amigos que quero levar pra vida. ¡Gracias por todo, Andrea, José, Ryan, Ingrid, Laura, Alex, Ro y Andre! Por cierto en mi proxima vez en Santiago voy a quedarme en the hostel.

Es un gran hostel con muchos espacios! Ofrecen camas como si fueras un huesped mas, muy comodas. Y un gran desayuno! Estar en recepcion fue muy simple los horarios son buenos y van rotando, tambien fueron flexibles. Andrea y Jose Luis fueron muy hospitalarios. Comparti mucha musica para mi solpresa, instrumentos, canciones, es un gran lugar. Recomiendo que si estas en santiago conozcas este hostel.
