This was my first Worldpackers experience and it has truly left me with a ball of light in my chest. Working on the farm, meeting other travellers, teaching and playing with kids, painting, and building eco plaques and bricks. I truly feel like during my time on the farm was impactful and it was incredibly inspiring. Juan and his family are extremely kind and generous and their project is amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at the farm to anyone looking to learn about sustainability, get your hands dirty, and make an impact. “We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone.” <3

Amazing project, Juan and his mother are truly wonderful and caring humans! It felt like a home stay as well as volunteer project, with delicious homecooked meals and learning lots about the local community. The work they do is so impactful and well rounded, and you can really feel like you are making a difference in a short time. I was able to do multiple different tasks (gardening, building, teaching kids) with flexibility around my hours. I also had my own hut to stay in, with private bathroom and hot shower! I would recommend this project to everyone!

Our time at the lodge was truly unforgettable. Juan is a kind and dedicated host, clearly passionate about what he does. He was always eager to share his knowledge and got us involved in a range of meaningful projects, including painting, planting, teaching English, and building. We felt the real impact of our work and built genuine connections along the way. From the moment we arrived his entire family welcomed us and made us feel completely at home. The meals were delicious, and the accommodation was cosy and comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend this Worldpackers experience!
