The Experience
We are currently looking for the right person (or couple) to fill a special volunteer position…The Chateau is in need of a person who likes to cook, cleanup and visit the local markets and shops. If you are a couple, there are always gardening and DIY tasks around the chateau for the partner. We are looking for a person (or couple) willing to commit to a 2 month stay If you have an interest, reach out to us and let's talk, Thank you !

Mark and Phillip are a charming couple with a sense of humor, flexibility, and great communication. I enjoyed cooking for them on their beautiful property, getting to know the others in the village, being a part of their projects, and exploring new recipes and cuisines. I would recommend this opportunity to anyone who enjoys cooking and wants that freedom in a kitchen to do anything that inspires you, as Mark and Phillip have created the perfect atmosphere for that experience. The property is remote, but the cute surrounding towns and villages in the countryside will make you forget Paris.

The host was truly an amazing experience for me. If you're someone who loves to cook, bake, read, and explore on your free time, I highly recommend considering the host. The host are personable and friendly, as well as other staff members. You will be accompanied by two cats (on occasions there may be more) and although the job description doesn't say it, they are your real bosses XD … I was able to get a job I would never have imagined getting had I not had the ability to put the host on my resume. I was also able to learn how to manage my time much better in the kitchen

Ryder learned a great deal while on duty at the Chateau. He is kind, attentive, and sweet and in typical fashion has developed a hump on the back of his neck by looking a TikTok while not on duty. 😂😂😂
We really enjoyed having him here, and loved watching Drag Race with him. He is now a huge Ru Paul fan 😆😆 and will fight you for the remote.
