The Experience
Our farm is located in the countryside of Ruvo di Puglia (Bari - Italy), inside the Alta Murgia National Park. We produce cereals, legumes, almonds, olives, grapes, fruits and vegetables. A large part of the territory is covered by natural pastures and woods. We have a donkey, 4 dogs, cats and chickens. We always need a hand with daily activities

This experience was beautiful, the best choice as a first volunteer, Rosa and Mauricio are excellent people, always very kind, respectful and attentive to any need. The room is private, bathroom outside, the activities are not difficult, I recommend bringing hat or sunscreen and a bottle of water for sunny days, we worked in the morning and then we had almost the entire day free. The farm is 20 minutes from Ruvo and you can get there on the bikes they lend you or they will take you if they go there. We feel incredible here, we would definitely return. Thank you very much guys!

We had a great time with Mauricio and Rosamaria. They were really welcoming and easy to talk to and they provided us with everything needed. The property is quite far away from the nearest town (Ruvo), so if you are volunteering solo it could become a bit boring because there's not that much you can do. But Mauricio and Rosamaria usually can drive you in to town when you need/want, or you can have a ride with Rosamarias parents. Our work schedule usually was from 8.00-12.00 (4 hours) and we usually did tasks together with Mauricio. We would definitely recommend this experience!

Trabajar con Mauricio y Rosa fue una experiencia maravillosa como mi primer voluntariado, aprendí demasiado y pude tomar un momento de pausa aprovechando la increíble compañía y aprendizaje. Sin duda recomendaría la experiencia, tal vez valdría la pena cómo sacarlo provecho a la ubicación del lugar que no está nada mal para poder conocer más lugares.
