O Projeto foi uma experiência transformadora. Apesar da simplicidade da comunidade, o impacto social e a hospitalidade dos moradores foram inspiradores. A acomodação é muito simples, diferente da nossa realidade mas é isso que faz com o que seja mais especial e desafiador! Viver em the organization me mostrou outra forma de viver. Com hábitos que circundam o rio, uma vida simples, uma experiência de buscar integração, e interação com os ribeirinhos que tem um ar desconfiado no primeiro momento mas se abrem assim que sentem o real interesse neles e em seu estilo de vida. O projeto está se desenvolvendo, então voluntariar no the organization é um ato criativo de desenvolver o que puder e souber para com o projeto e a comunidade.

Fui a 1ª voluntária na Comunidade a organização pela WP. A experiência foi proveitosa, mas o projeto precisa ser reestruturado. O anfitrião Will tem boa vontade, apesar das contradições na aplicação sobre hospedagem + alimentação e algumas coisas q saíram diferentes do combinado. Mara, Jardel e os 3 filhos me receberam muito bem em sua casa simples, mas cheia de amor. Desenvolvi atividades diversas c/ crianças da comunidade e ensinei inglês aos adolescentes. A estrutura era pouca, mas tentei dar o meu melhor. A vila é pequena, rústica e banhada pelo lindo Rio Amazonas. Boa sorte e obrigada, pessoal!

Super entendo você, mas deixei claro que se trata de um projeto recente e errar nesse momento é importante pra gente. E claro que minha meta não é ficar assim. Todos os pontos que vc abordou de reclamação vamos ajustar. Eu agradeço o teu feedback e por vc ser a primeira, entendo que is voluntários da plataforma sejam mais “exigentes”.
