This was my 1st Worldpackers, I had some expectations but no comparison. I liked the project, however, the transportation from the house to other places was very complicated so I couldn't enjoy my free time as much as I was expecting. Because of weather conditions, there were tasks that unfortunately we end up not doing. That impacted a lot my experience during the volunteering. Plans changed a lot and communication was sometimes difficult. I think it's easier to communicate if you speak french. In my free time I managed to ski and ice skate and I have to thank Paul for making that happen!

The project was my first worldpackers experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Paul and the entire team are very welcoming and generous. I had a lot of fun with the other volunteers and people staying at the project, and the work is not too hard. This place has a very special place in my heart, and I thank everyone at the project for the experience.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and it for sure exceeded my expectations. Paul is amazing person, he did everything for our comfort. I enjoyed every day of my stay. Tasks are really chilled, we did some painting, cleaning, renovation. In the evenings we had dinner together, watched some movies and laughed a lot:) I have met a lot of cool people, both other volunteers and members of the project. Nature is amazing too, on our days off we hiked, spent some time at the lake, rode bikes. It was so hard to leave after 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend to come to the project!)

That was an amazing experience and I can 100% recommend to visit this place! It was my first time volunteering and honestly I was kinda worried at the beginning, but it was much better than I expected. Paul was very welcoming and I literally was leaving in tears. We had amazing time together, as well as with the other volunteers (super grateful to have met them there). We had a nice place to sleep, always enough food and the tasks weren't hard at all. I will miss our cozy dinners every evening together. A big thank you to all the project team for being such amazing human beings.

I had the best time with at the project! Each morning was very relaxed and got to spend time however I wanted (hiking, kayaking, reading) and then afternoons were spent doing whatever needed to be done. Tasks varied everyday from clearing land to building fences. We would always play a game together after the working day was done and then sit by the fire listening to everyone play music. Paul and the team were very accomodating with my dietary restrictions and made me feel very welcome. They even took me to see some traditional Quebec music! I had a great two weeks and would go back again!

Nadia was very easy to adapt to. She is resourceful and full of spirit, you will not be bored with her. A nice player and she knows where she's going.

I had a nice time at Terra vie, it is easier tho if you speak French. The nature is so beautiful, I recommend going in late spring to early fall. Vegetarian friendly

Une superbe expérience à the project avec Paul comme Hôte ! Dans la bonne humeur j'ai pu touché et contribué à ce project qui n'est pas une mince à faire ! En passant par le jardinage, peinture, reabilitation, construction en plein milieu du Parc des Laurentides Je ne peux que recommander ! Merci a Paul Et aux autres personnes que j'ai pu rencontrer comme Nicole et Charles !

Cette première expérience de volontariat au Québec était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin pour me retrouver, prendre conscience et me connecter à la nature et aux humains. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui sont en quête de sens, de nouveautés ou encore de repos au milieu de la forêt. the project est comme dans un autre espace temps, loin de toute la vie moderne et trop rythmée que l'on connait. Merci infiniment à Paul pour son accueil et sa sagesse, et à toutes les personnes que j'ai pu rencontrer durant mon séjour.

Ce fut ma première expérience, quelle chance d'avoir sélectionné the project. On continue d'apprendre toute sa vie, voyager est enrichissant et une source d'inspiration pour continuer d'évoluer. Merci à Paul pour sa générosité son innepuisable énergie et pour ces belles valeurs.

Expérience et personnes super ! J'ai fais de belles rencontre et j'ai apprécié le séjour. Dommage que l'organisation des tâches est été aussi catastrophique mais the project à un vrai potentiel si les objectifs étaient clairement établis. Merci à tous
