The Experience

Temos um bar que abrimos durante a noite e precisamos de ajuda para fazer os drinks (caipirinha, gyn tônica, aperol etc) e também a criar novos drinks. Somos um party hostel super sociável e agitado e gostaríamos de receber aplicantes com esta característica para nos ajudar com o bar. Além de preparar os drinks o voluntário é responsável pela limpeza do bar após o seu fechamento.

O melhor voluntariado que fiz na minha vida! A estrutura do hostel é confortável, me apaixonei pela sala de esportes. o hostel é uma familia que te abraça e impulsa a crecer e aprender. A comunicação com Grazi a encargada dos voluntários é ótima, ela ta aberta a conversar cualquier cuestion. Amei trabalhar com dona Cabula, a esencia o coração do hostel. Fiz muitas amizades, aprendi sobre diferentes culturas. Cada dia foi uma aventura. Muito arte compartilhado, amei ❤️ sou inmensamente grata o hostel vou continuar em contato!

Escrevo essa msg com muita gratidão e alegria.Nômads foi um presente do universo na minha vida, era um mês a princípio e nos apaixonamos e deixo meu até logo exatamente no dia que completo dois meses aqui. Sou feliz pq aqui fiz amigos, conheci pessoas que vou levar pra vida, além disso, aqui é o melhor lugar que um hóspede ou voluntários podeira ficar em Salvador. São tantas memórias, histórias e conexões que me faltam caracteres para definir. Minha experiência no hostel foi sensacional! Não tenho palavras pra descrever todo o carinho, cuidado e responsabilidade de toda a equipe, desde o staff, até o time de voluntários. Conseguimos desenvolver nesse tempo uma comunicação clara e extremamente amigável, que foi o ponto chave para a convivência e leveza no ambiente. Sou muito grata a todos que conheci nesse mês e levarei pra sempre essa casa que me acolheu com tanto carinho no coração.

A minha experiência no Nômades superou as minhas expectativas, o lugar é incrível, muito espaçoso e aconchegante e bem organizado a equipe de funcionários e voluntários são muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar, o hostel tem um programa de interação com os hóspedes fantástico, cada dia tem uma atividade para fazer além de indicações de atrações na cidade, eventos e passeios, apesar de ser a minha primeira vez voluntariando me senti como se já fizesse parte da equipe a muito tempo, sério, amei de verdade fazer parte desta família, e valeu a pena o aprendizado e amizades que fiz. Gratidão!
