Soy Nano, vivo en Villa la Angostura, el jardín de la Patagonia. Soy ingeniero en sistemas y hace 15 años trabajo en proyectos socio-ambientales. Practico la permacultura como filosofía de vida y estoy haciendo Bio Construcción en mi espacio que es un lugar de experimentación de un forma de vida Sostenible. Aquí hay de todo para hacer, trekking, lagos para ir a la playa, circuitos de bicicleta, refugios de montaña, sky, circuito 7 lagos, etc

It was an enjoyable experience. I learnt some new things in a good environment but there's definitely room for improvement. The experience would benefit from a morning briefing so volunteers are aware of expectations for the day, which would mean they can be more autonomous with their tasks for the day which is something Nano likes. Great accomodation was definitely a bonus.

Jack, I won't be able to summarize the two hours of feedback I gave you when we chatted here before your experience ended. Surely the experience will grow on you over time. I recommend you meditate or find tools to spend more time in the presence. I couldn't enjoy working with you, no matter how hard I tried. Good luck!

Trabajar con Nano en su proyecto es muy grato. El proyecto es muy inspirador y el ambiente de trabajo es bueno, se comparte con otros voluntarios y con Nano y se crea un vínculo agradable. Algunos días el trabajo es pesado pero es increíble lo mucho aprendes y como se va materializando el trabajo del día a día.

Cada día está lleno de aprendizaje y compañerismo, en sí el trabajo the project puede ser demandante, sin embargo, si cambiás la perspectiva todo se convierte en una oportunidad para crecer, aprender y conectar con el entorno. El ambiente con los voluntarios depende del grupo, a mí me tocó uno hermoso lo que hizo todo mucho más ameno. Igual si algo no fluye siempre hay espacio para hablarlo, sobre todo durante los desayunos. Y pues Nano es un sabio, conversar y escucharlo es como irte de viaje con él, transmite lo que siente, siempre pendiente de que la pases bien y estés seguro :)
