First off Ninh is an incredible person. I don't think I've seen anyone work as hard as him. He has another job and then comes back throughout the day and runs the hostel. The workload is great and the hostel is as social as you make it. His family are brilliant and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Ninh and his family are amazing. they made us feel at home. we took part in family dinners. and helped around the hostel. I put in extra hours when needed, and the host Ninh made an effort to say thank you and gave us extra above the agread upon remuneration. We were allowed use of the scooters. and had free use of the kitchen. The hostel is clean and easy to maintain. Reception was my main task. but I fit into many roles above this. making it a wholesome experience. learning alot about running a hostel, and making egg coffee. Thank you Ninh and Rachel

If you care about the work you do and understand this is the family's business, and they are passionate about their hostel, you can't go wrong. Be sure to communicate any challenges you are having and they will have an open discussion. We were made very comfortable, well-fed and cared for. The systems and processes are easy to learn. We enjoyed cooked food or local cuisine from Grab each day. We also worked on making checklists for future volunteers to have an even smoother experience and be able to help guests right from the get-go. They celebrated my birthday with cake and flowers! 🌹🌺🌼

I spent three weeks working at the hostel. We were a group of volunteers and got along super well, which made my stay even more fun! Ninh and his family were very welcoming, we got great food and also spent very fun times with their daughters. I enjoyed exploring Da Lat and the area around it a lot! It is a beautiful place. I recommend to always communicate your thoughts and needs and then everyone will have a fun time at the Hostel. By talking we were always able to overcome difficulties and I definitely enjoyed my time in Da Lat. :)
