The Experience

Our homestay is a very social place - but we need volunteers that can help take it to the next level and increase the fun, bring the party and lead the drinking games. You would help behind the bar a little and be flexible to lead trips, host dinners, and support our team to make every night fun. You must be outgoing, positive, and bubbly. Party animals prefered.

Steve and Gavin were great hosts! All tasks and hours were exactly as agreed, the staff dorm was comfy (and had aircon which was a lifesaver in the heat!!), and all the staff at the guest house were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about 30mins drive from the city centre and had a lot to offer on my days off (i would recommend going in the evening as it is a lot more lively and there are some night markets and a food street from about 5pm). 1000% would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a chill time by the beach with great food, fun boat trips and great company :))

My experience at the guest house was like no other. With the private beach and all day restaurant it feels less like a hostel and more like a resort! I met so many people during my time there that I connected with, whether it was the travelers going in and out or the staff that I got extremely close with. 10/10 experience, I wish I stayed longer.

This experience was truly unforgettable. Gavin and Steve were both amazing hosts, and we had a blast living and working at the guest house. The staff members were great people, and they showed us so much kindness and how to have all kinds of fun. The environment that this place creates is like no other! With the private beach, great food, fun games, and awesome people, it truly felt like spending time with a second family. This is the type of experience that I'll tell my kids about — for real.

Volunteering in the guest house was totally AMAZING ✨ I loved the place, the staff, the benefits and all the people that I've met, made a lot of fun memories during my stay. I helped during the night with the bar, the games, and actually it didn't feel like work at all because you enjoy every minute there, I will definitely come back if I have the chance ❤️

Our time at the guest house was really nice. It was a real opportunity to connect with all the young Vietnamese staff, and they are all very grateful for the help we gave them. Steve and Gavin are also very lovely, always available if we have any question or to make our stay even better. Moreover their project and their story are pretty inspiring… The job itself is mainly to animate bar games after family dinner so we were working at night and had all the day to enjoy the beach or go around to explore. The food is very delicious and the place is perfect to stay ❤️ thanks Steve and Gavin
