AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Kostas and his family are incredible people. I had a great time with them and I will miss them a lot. They are always willing to help and guide. The tasks are not difficult at all and there is always time to enjoy Ioannina, which is a beautiful city. It was my first volunteer and I highly recommend it. I felt at home all the time and I was never alone. You will meet an incredible family and people from all around the world. I'll be forever thankful to Kostas and his family for this opportunity ❤️.

Kostas and George became my family for the past month! I feels I was the daughter and the sister they never had. They're very good and experienced in having volunteers there! Super nice, friendly, they make you feel part of the family. You feel so comfortable and welcoming that you're start to feel like family! This was the best experience of volunteering so far! I really want to see them again!

I stayed at the hostel and travelers for 3 weeks and I had the best time! Kostas and Giorgos are both extremely helpful and caring people and they really made me feel at home. The work was very relaxed and gives you plenty of time to explore the beautiful city. The hostel is in a great location with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this place to others and I hope to be back again one day!!

I would highly recommend this experience, I had a really nice time in Ioannina and the host Kostas was making sure that I feel comfortable and have everything that I need. He also told me what there is to see in the area, Ioannina is a nice city with a beautiful lake and a small island in the middle and you can also go to Meteora and Vikos which is really nearby. I totally enjoyed my stay there and if you're planning on going to Greece definitely plan a stop at this cute hostel ☀️

Getting to work with Kostas in Ioannina was absolutely amazing! The tasks were clearly laid out beforehand and the work schedule was very manageable. Everyday we would clean from 11:30am-1:00pm, and then each of the volunteers would take turns taking 3.5 hour shifts at reception. I had a wonderful experience learning more about the hospitality industry while getting to explore the city. Thank you again Kostas!

What to say ? It was like feeling at home. I was arrived like a customer and after one week i asked to make volunteering. I spent more than one month over there and create a real relationship with the owner Kostas, his son Giorgos, his girlfriend Constatina and my teammates Leo and Sophie. We worked all together in a really peaceful way and also the work was chill (1/1h30 of cleaning and changing bed, and 3/4h of reception). So you have the opportunity to do your stuff or visit the city, the lake and the Vikoz canyon close to here. This place already miss me and for sure I will coming back.

Kostas, George, Constatina, cute 🐈‍⬛ Babis, and teammate Jimmy, everyone was very welcoming and made it feel like home soon after I arrived. It was a slower season so I could share more moments with everyone, also the guests who stayed. The hostel has 3 rooms and well maintained by the owner and his family. My teammate and I had fun while working, like sharing duties with jokes and laughs. The owners also worked together. We shared food as well. What can I say more?... Kostas and his son are incredibly kind people. With five hours of work per day it's really laid back and you use the spare time to hang out with the guests or work on stuff individually. The hostel has a comfortable homelike vibe and you can take turns cooking (they both make great Greek dishes so don't miss out on them). For me, one month was quite a long time, because Ioannina is a student city and does not have much else to offer. You can use the free days to visit the nature preserves outside the city with some great tips from Kostas. Ultimately, I had a great time and would gladly return

The hostel was so nice that I stayed longer than expected ! Kostas and Yorgos are very friendly, always helping out and very spontaneously welcome you to be a part of their life, sharing their food and stories with you. The tasks are not difficult (1h30 of cleaning and 3h30 of reception, sometimes less, where you just have to be at the hostel and welcome guests if people arrive), very clearly explained and it all makes you want to da good job. Thank you a lot for this experience, I hope I will get the chance to come visit you again :)

I had a fantastic time in Ioannina for one week! The chores were straightforward, myself & another volunteer did the cleaning for 1.5 hours in the morning, followed by 3.5 hours of reception in the afternoon or night. Kostas was a great host, communicated well daily & was also helpful to me & other guests planning our trip in Ioannina. I had great conversations with him during my week & will miss him! This hostel is super homey & social in a chill way, I met amazing friends & would absolutely return here. No complaints at all:)
