My experience in the lodge was incredible! Gaia and his family are such wonderful people with Shanti and Dori being the cutest pets ever! The working hours were respected, the tasks were 💯 clear and easy to do and Gaia was one-of-a-kind host. He was always taking care of us. The place is gorgeous! Stunning views and landscapes. It's quite remote, so if you'd like someplace to disconnect from the city, this is the one to be at!. I had the time of my life in here. I've met incredible people. I'm definitively going back ! Thank u Gaia and Marketa 🙏🏼✨

The lodge is a Gem in the Tuscan countryside! The facilities (particularly the pool) are kept in great condition and always super clean. I would recommend a stay here for anyone wishing to connect with nature and feel totally relaxed. Gaia and his family are wonderful hosts and make you feel right at home.

I stayed at agriturimo the lodge for a month. Can say with confidence it was something out of a movie. It was a month filled with wonderful experiences, astonishing places and wonderful people as well. Gaia is a great host, also a person with a lot to say and a lot to share. It's a great person to have an interesting conversation with. I learned a lot and I reflected à lot during my time there. It's a one in a lifetime experience I would love to recommend.

Staying on Agroturismo the lodge was a wonderful experience. Gaia was a wonderful host, very welcoming, understanding and generous. During the one month I stayed here, i learnt so many things from the wide range of tasks we did, including learning basic Italian to communicate with guests! I recommend this experience so much as it was a great way to get away from the chaotic city scenes. the property is so peaceful and a good chance to relax.

Volunteering at the lodge was an amazing experience. I felt safe, welcomed, and respected from the very beginning. The host is kind, communicates clearly, and makes sure you feel at home. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and mountains, with birds singing every morning. I also had the chance to meet locals and practice Italian. It's a peaceful and inspiring place — perfect for anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer experience.

What a wonderful and unique time! ☺️ I spent six weeks in the lodge and felt very welcomed. Gaia always maked sure that we are feeling good and that we had everything we needed. Mainly my tasks were taking care of the chickens, cleaning the rooms, preparing and serving guests at breakfast time. I felt my work was very appreciated and the communication was always easy. I also had a lot of freetime to explore the tuscany landscapes and cities, wich I loved. The visits to the hot springs was one of my highlights. I have had wonderful experiences and can definitely recommend it.

My month at the lodge was truly lovely! Gaia and his family were incredibly welcoming and kind, making me feel right at home. The opportunity to spend time in the beautiful Tuscan countryside was fantastic for reconnecting with nature and enjoying the sunshine. The work was enjoyable and mostly included pruning olive trees which was such a fun job, helping with guests and other smaller tasks around the property! The flexible hours were a real plus, allowing plenty of free time to explore the charming villages in the surrounding area. I wholeheartedly recommend this Worldpackers experience!

Great opportunity to meet new people and practice English in very beautiful places. But the work was really hard physically, mostly connected with cleaning with cleaning of guests houses which was not what I expected. Anyway, the experience was interesting and useful

You are right, in August, most of our work is centered around servicing our guests - cleaning rooms, cooking and serving food. Besides that you were also doing many other tasks, like taking care of our plants, and chickens. I believe I made you aware before you came what to expect. All things considered, the experience was positive. Gaia and her family are good people who truly care about their work. However, the tasks I carried out were mainly related to cleaning and very little to nature. The working hours were intense, and at those temperatures also very tiring, given that there were only two volunteers in the whole structure. The location, though, is truly charming and relaxing. A good way to disconnect from everyday life, but in my opinion, with a few adjustments to be made.

One of the best experiences I've ever had! I loved experiencing the Tuscan countryside and farm life at the lodge. It was a perfect chance to reconnect with nature, go offline, and appreciate the amazingness of the countryside. As my first solo trip, I couldn't recommend it more for travellers or volunteers. The host family was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, making me feel like part of their family. Tasks included tending to animals, pruning trees, and general chores. Bring work and warm clothes in winter! This unforgettable experience left me refreshed, self-aware, and grateful :)
