The Experience

My happy privilege to care for our son. I work many hours for my music career, mostly from home, schedule is flexible. Help needed such as school pickups, playing in park, watching he’s safe on walks, etc. Let him enjoy his video games, but ask him questions about the characters & games. I'm often nearby, just need more time to work from home. Also need some help w/chores: washing dishes, vacuum, mop. Our friendly dog loves a walk!

I am so glad my first experience here was with the home and Alex! They are very sweet, enthusiastic and caring people and it made me feel very safe to be with them. It was very nice to live in a separate house with other volunteers, we really had our own place. the home and Alex invited us a few times to go to the boat with them, which was a fun surprise. Kai is an energetic boy who likes to act a bit crazy😉 it was nice to have moments where we could play nicely and connect together i would absolutely recommend this experience for other volunteers! thanks for everything the home, Alex and Kai 🥰💫

Mi experiencia con la casa, Alex y Kai fue muy bonita. Son muy atentos, cálidos y se siente ambiente a familia🤍 La experiencia con Kai fue muy agradable, jugamos y mejoré mi ingles. Y su perrita Luna que es preciosa nos acompañó. la casa siempre muy atenta y a disposición (también da consejos super sabios). Mis horarios siempre fueron respetados y flexibles. Fue un experiencia increíble la en la casa de la casa y Alex. Desde el primer momento me acogieron con generosidad y calidez, haciéndome sentir parte de su familia. Kai es un niño lleno de energía y creatividad, la cuál no solo lo convierte en un compañero de juegos divertido, sino que también me ha enseñado mucho sobre cómo ver el mundo con ojos diferentes y con una mente abierta. Estoy agradecida por la oportunidad de haber sido parte de esta familia maravillosa. la casa y Alex no solo son padres extraordinarios, sino también personas excepcionales que hacen que cada momento juntos sea único.

Fue mi primer experiencia en voluntariado y superó ampliamente mis expectativas. Super contento desde el primer minuto que llegué, me recibieron con mucha alegría y cariño. Super acogedor el lugar. Respetaron todo lo acordado, me gustó la flexibilidad que manejan de acuerdo a la necesidades de ambos. Tuve la fortuna de tener contacto con toda la familia, excelente trato. Kai es un niño muy alegre que contagia mucha energía y fue muy lindo jugar con el. Ayudé con otras tareas y compartí momentos con argentinos y personas de otro país, muy bueno el ambiente, como en casa. Sin duda volvería.
